Myspace time... back in the day

I just found a ridiculous sum of old pictures of me from my old photobucket account... i'm not sure why i ever dyed my hair blonde, red, or purple for that matter but i sure thought i looked good. 

 

Workout Banana Smoothie. Crazy Bird

ANYWAY.
The craziest thing happens every day at 4-5 o clock...watch this. What do you think is going on??
Anyway, I am in LA for a Guess Runway show fitting which is going to be awesomeeee and i'm super excited for it! Pre fitting i prepped for a 5 mile run at Pepperdine University with my favorite Breakfast Smoothie. 

This thing has four simple ingredients + ice: bananas, oatmeal, almonds, and yogurt.  It's loaded with protein, healthy fats, fiber, and naturally sweet. It's the perfect pre-workout meal. 

BananaOatmealSmoothie

1/4 cup cooked oatmeal
1/3 cup greek yogurt
1 banana
5 ice cubes
8 almonds

Microwave the oatmeal with 1/2 cup of water for 1.5 minutes. Place all ingredients in a blender and process till smooth. For an antioxidant boost sprinkle with cinnamon. 





Sunday was mothers day and i sent my lovely mother Flowers and she sent me these pictures of her and Maya getting a make over... with my face. Oh i miss them.

Red Carpets and Yellow Brick Roads

Who knew Milwaukee had could have a red carpet event... i didn't. R said we were going to a 'Sports Awards Ceremony'... whatever that means to girls that don't know anything about sports other than what we are required to know. We arrived and bam a red carpet; complete with 'who are you wearing' questions. I replied with 'Rag & Bone' (stupidly),
