I'm one week past my birthday today. I said I was 24 for the first time yesterday to a flight attendant. Why does it feel so weird and terrible at the same time? I feel like i'm 27 so I guess 24 isn't really that bad. I spent my birthday at Disneyland... aka, the greatest place on earth. We are probably the worst 'Disneylanders' ever considering we lasted a total of 4.5 hours before we headed back to the car. We were exhausted. I don't know how people do that all day and with kids. Those lines were a mess. However, I LOVED Space Mountain. It seemed to be the most thrilling considering we didn't know the Roller Coasters were at California Adventure. Fail.
Also, Disneyland frequently makes me think of teacups and there were NO teacups! They were 'out of order'. How ridiculous is that? That's the main reason I wanted to go! Dumb. As for a cake, I didn't have one. We ate so many churros and other 'goodies' at the park I just wanted to go home and make that Kale Salad I raved about earlier.
