Baseball has officially begun with Spring Training and the WBC. We celebrated at Sushi Roku (party of 24!) for Janai's, Nicoles, and Melissa's Birthday.
This chocolate molton cake smelled and looked (can't comment on the taste) so so so good.
I got to sit next to these two beauties at Game 1 of the WBC. We lost but it's okay... Game 3 today and I've got a good feeling about it! If i'm wrong then-well-that stinks because I've already packed for Miami.
Cooking tip for the day: when making rice or quinoa or any grain, finish the cooking with a paper towel. The paper towel will soak up all of the excess moisture left in the pot!
